This painting is named after Bad Bunny’s 4th album. This beautiful album came out right before my family moved from Cleveland to Tampa in the summer of 2022. When we got to Tampa this album was everywhere! My first summer in Tampa was hot, lonely and emotionally heavy (the emotion’s any cross country move would bring). At the time I had 3 Amazing friend’s (2 of which summered away from Tampa) this album ultimately became my 4th friend! When I hear it i think of the newness and heaviness of Tampa in the summer of 2022 and taking a leap of faith on my life by moving my seasonally affected self to some sunshine. That summer I was lucky enough to see Bad Bunny perform in Orland and it was truly incredible! To Bad Bunny this album is a salve for my soul, thank you 🙏❤️🇵🇷thank god for music.
